This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was absolutely perfect, with easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and treated me like family, making me feel right at home. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms, from the comfortable beds to the well-functioning air conditioning. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast spread that left me wanting for nothing. The value for money here is outstanding, making it the ideal choice for a memorable stay.

Located in a very accessible area near the heart of downtown, our Christmas stay here was quite enjoyable. The breakfast had a good variety of options, with fresh fruits, breads, and pastries. The hotel parking was also a great bonus; it was easy to find a spot in the secure garage. Furthermore, we were happy with the helpfulness of the staff, who were friendly and accommodating.

Despite the positives, some aspects of the hotel could use an update, such as the decor in the dining area and some of the furnishings in the rooms. Additionally, the air conditioning was not effective enough during the hot nights, and the traffic noise from the nearby streets was slightly disruptive. Nonetheless, we still had a pleasant experience overall.

The plentiful breakfast buffet offered organic and local produce, and the hotel provided facilities such as a garage for bicycles and equipment for via-ferrata. The hotel was located in an upmarket residential area.

The hotel lacked a Wi-Fi connection, which could have been inconvenient for some guests.
